Description
Position Description:
If you're an organized professional with strong communication skills, and analytical skills, this Inventory Specialist position could be right for you.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Providing day to day inventory support for Case Installation (working with leadership to assess inventory performance, work assignments, and overtime needs)
  • Resolving escalated and executive spotlight issues
  • Managing/Assigning cases to implementation and within defined TAT
  • Analyzing & compiling daily inventory reports
  • Facilitates daily production meetings with Functional Leaders & drives production planning
  • Forecasting
  • Ability to identify and prioritize critical issues and respond effectively to numerous demands
  • This position is available at all U.S. locations, including telecommuting

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • 3 years Healthcare administration experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or Organizational Management strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare production environment (preferably claims, enrollment or call center)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word and Excel)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Previous facilitation experience
  • Strong organizational skills that will allow the individual to handle multiple tasks while being extremely detailed oriented
  • Previous end to end case installation experience strongly preferred
